Blackridge Reservoir ice rescue training

Yesterday in our city council meeting Battalion Chief Clint Smith reported that UFA has continued their training exercises at Blackridge Reservoir.  In their efforts to stay sharp with their high risk water rescue skills, several guys from the UFA went for a polar bear swim.  Is it just me, or does it look like these guys are having too much fun?
