Plat X is adjacent to the Mountain View Corridor
Yesterday the City Council approved a 100 lot subdivision located at the intersection of the Mountain View Corridor and Rosecrest road. This subdivision will be located adjacent to the soon to be constructed Providence Hall Junior High School, which will open in the Fall of 2011.
The average lot size in this subdivision will be 8,142 sq ft with a look and feel similar to the Juniper Point subdivision, located to the south.
The new Providence Hall Junior High will be located on the lot designated in yellow
